Use of OptionsRealTime software is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA), which is presented during installation and available within the application. The EULA contains important terms regarding:

3. Subscription Service

Pricing: OptionsRealTime is offered as a monthly subscription at $29.99/month or $299.99/year per user.

Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. You will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.

14-day free trial allows you to evaluate before purchasing
No refunds for partial subscription periods
Cancel anytime and retain access until end of billing period

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
