OptionsRealTime offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. This allows you to fully evaluate the software before making any purchase decision.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact Paddle (our payment processor) before the cancellation period expires.

Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply once you have downloaded or started using the software, as this constitutes delivery of digital content.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their terms and conditions.

To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly through the customer portal link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
